Covid-19 pandemic is setting up new records in the US.
The speed of spreading of covid-19 in the various parts of the US has increased in several folds. Millions of people are being infected with this deadly disease in the entire world and this is a serious matter as per the headlines of the New York Times. Eight days after the US hit 100000 cases on a particular day, it increased to 160000 on this Thursday. Dr. Anthony Fauci is calling the need to double down precautions that the country should take in this regard.
The United States of America is going to break the records one more time and the number of people in the hospital is increasing with the passing of every day. The specialist is saying that in the coming few days the number of cases is going to be increase and this counting will be increasing in several folds. The country must be ready for the same. There are some precautions that the country should take in this regard and make everything ready.
Ivy league cancel
Winter sports are famous activities in this particular season. But due to a sudden increase in the number of cases, the Ivy League has also postponed the tournament. Till the next notification, nothing can be said due to the regularly increasing number of the covid. As per the specialist gathering at one place can invite unwanted conditions and fasten the speed of spreading the coronavirus in the different part of the world.
Worse working conditions
Some nurses in the Philadelphia area are going on strike because the number of infected people is increasing at a rapid rate. The infrastructure and other facilities are not sufficient to handle such a huge number of covid-19 patients at one time. Thus they are saying to work in the right direction and asking for the various demands. They are not willing to work in a poor environment and putting their life into serious threats because of the covid-19.
The other thing is that healthy authorities are warning to take safety measures because the number of beds is not enough in hospitals. The condition in the Midwest is still poor and hospital executives are complaining about the less number of beds are available to give enough treatment to the patients of the covid. It is seen that after Nov. 4 nearly 100000 people every day are getting infected from this deadly virus.
Increase the hospitalization
It is seen that number of people who are hospitalized is increasing with the passing of every day. Now more and more people are heading towards the hospital for the treatment of the covid and counting is increasing at a rapid rate. Handling such a huge number of people is becoming a challenging task for hospitals. The big reason to be worried is that number of people who are dying from it is also increasing with the passing of every day. On average, nearly one thousand people are dying from covid every day in the US.
